Planning Board to hear zone-change requests

The Flathead County Planning Board will hold public hearings to consider two zone change requests on Wednesday, Sept. 13.
Janet Rosenberry is asking to change the zoning on 10 acres in the Echo Lake Zoning District from agricultural with a 40-acre minimum lot size to suburban agricultural with a 5-acre lot size.
The property is located at 685 and 691 McCaffery Road near Bigfork.
Paul and Heather McDonald are asking for a zone change on 19.47acres in the Highway 93 North Zoning District from suburban agricultural with a 10-acre minimum lot size to light industrial and suburban agricultural with a 5-acre minim lot size. The property is located at 4015 U.S. 93 N.
The board meets at 6 p.m. in the second-floor conference room of the South Campus Building, 40 11th St. W., Suite 200, in Kalispell.
