Shopko gives $800 to Senior Center for Meals on Wheels

The Shopko Foundation on Thursday presented a grant of $800 to the Libby Senior Center’s Meals on Wheels Program. Project Manager Dedi Coy accepted a check from Marian Craig, manager of the local Shopko Hometown Store.
With the assistance of volunteer drivers, the program serves an average of 100 home-delivered meals each week. It recently celebrated a milestone when it served a record 70 home deliveries during the center’s traditional Thanksgiving meal.
