As part of the city’s Retro Holiday Festival, dogs and dog owners paraded through town for animal lovers to see on Saturday. Event organizer Cindy Lien said this year’s event was the biggest with 67 dogs in attendance. Owners and dogs had the opportunity to take pictures with Santa after the parade at the depot.
