TOBACCO: Don't sell near schools

Nice to read that Idaho’s youth are wising up to tobacco and other inhaled products. It would be nice if local government would aid this effort by preventing tobacco/vapor retailers from running stores near our schools. Here in Rathdrum, we have a vapor shop and a tobacco shop next to our high school. These adult businesses are within a stone’s throw of the high school. Seems clear that their ultimate goal is to sell to “new customers” as soon as possible.
The idea behind tobacco education is to end tobacco usage, not postpone it. Get these useless, money-wasting products as far away from our schools as possible. Being a teen is tough enough without having negative influences enticing their interests.
