Despite the Valkyries upping their game in the second half, the Lady Trojans took hold of the win on Saturday 46-35.

The Lady Trojans kept their guard up as the Bigfork Valkyries picked up momentum throughout the game, winning 46-35 with a close second half of 22-21.

Troy’s Aurora Becquart scored a team-high of 16, with Allie Coldwell not far behind, tallying 13. Kaitlyn Downey added nine, Allie Brown chipped in another five and Alyssa Lewis scored two.

The Lady Trojans will play the Eureka Lady Lions on Tuesday and Mission on Saturday before moving on to Districts on Feb. 14-18.
