GEORGE — A Spokane man was injured in a rollover collision on Interstate 90 near George Wednesday night.

About 8:35 p.m. Robert Brown, 34, of Spokane, was driving a 2008 Ford F350 pickup truck east on I-90, about seven miles west of George, when he reportedly lost control of his truck and rotated to the right. The truck rolled and came to a rest off of I-90 on it’s roof, according to the Washington State Patrol.

Brown received injuries in the collision and was transported to Quincy Valley Medical Center via ambulance for treatment. Brown’s truck sustained reportable damages and was impounded. A 2012 Polaris snowmobile that was in the bed of the truck was not damaged in the rollover.

Brown was given a citation for speeding too fast for conditions, according to the patrol.
