PLOW: Rural solutions

On all Boise’s (a city 1,000 feet higher than Spokane mind you) squawking about the lack of timely snow removal and how they shouldn’t be relying on others to remove snow on roadways…

I have neighbors not far from here who plow the 3-mile long county road to their own driveway. But not my driveway a mile beyond. Rural roads can often wait 4 or 5 days to be plowed.

But is this what we want more of?

Vigilante snow plowing?

We could have volunteer snow plow departments!

Replace button pushing public workers with snow removal equipment? Why not?!

Weeklong waits could be reduced to hours? I can hear the tax collector sector unions crying already!
