The Whitefish City Council has three public hearings scheduled for its meeting on Tuesday, including a conditional-use permit request to locate a recreational guide and outfitting shop and retail store at 779 Spokane Ave.

Streamlake LLC proposes to use a vacant commercial building that is zoned commercial to establish the outfitting business.

Ruis Holdings is asking for a conditional-use permit to construct an accessory apartment at 1049 E. Second St.

A third hearing will consider an ordinance rezoning on just over one acre of land at 2088 Houston Drive from county to city surburban residential zoning.

The council will consider a proposal from Mountain Berry Bowls for a lease of the west half of the parking structure ground floor retail space.

A resolution approving the terms of an amendment to a hiking trail easement agreement with Iron Horse Homeowners Association will be considered. The resolution includes abandoning two existing hiking trail easements.

The meeting begins at 7:10 p.m. Tuesday at the interim City Hall, 1005 Baker Ave., Whitefish.
