Paul Douglas Budwiser Jr., 52

Paul Douglas Budwiser Jr., “Pauley,” “Pops,” 52, of Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, died unexpectedly Jan. 2, 2017, at home. He was born in Oakland, Calif., to Paul Budwiser Sr. and Diane (Locatelli) Budwiser. He grew up in Davis, Calif., and graduated from Davis High School in 1982. On Aug. 27, 1986, he married Darla Doyle Budwiser in Reno, Nev.

Paul drove semi-truck for Draper Valley Farms in Bellingham, Wash., for 10 years and, most recently, for BR Funsten delivering flooring products around Northern California for more than 15 years prior to relocating to Coeur d’Alene. He resided in Northern California most of his life as well as Bellingham, Wash., during the ’90s. He enjoyed spending time with his family, riding his Harley Davidson and traveling.

Paul is survived by his spouse, Darla Budwiser of Coeur d’Alene; son Doug Budwiser and his wife, Kim of Davis; son Christopher Budwiser of Bellingham; daughter Vanessa Budwiser of Limerick, Maine; son Travis Budwiser and his wife, Stacy of Post Falls, Idaho; daughter Melissa Budwiser of Coeur d’Alene; son Jason Budwiser of Coeur d’Alene; son Ryan Budwiser of Coeur d’Alene; daughter Amanda Budwiser of Coeur d’Alene; brother Phil Budwiser of Davis; sister Margaret Budwiser of Davis and mother Diane Budwiser of Davis.

A viewing will be held from 12:30-2 p.m. Friday, Jan. 20, 2017, at Yates Funeral Home, Coeur d’Alene Chapel, 744 N. Fourth St., Coeur d’Alene, with a funeral service following the viewing.
