A man is being held in Flathead County Detention Center with bail set at $100,000 for allegedly telling officers he intended to “violate, violate, violate” an order of protection in an attempt to see his children.
William Clinton Blue, 27, has been charged with felony intimidation in Flathead District Court.
According to court documents, Blue allegedly called Heritage Place on Jan. 4, and told the person who answered the phone that if a woman who had a restraining order against him worked there, then everyone was in danger.
An officer contacted the woman, who explained that the pair have two children together, and that she had gone to court to get an extension on an order of protection earlier that day because of a history of abuse and threats toward her.
Blue allegedly called the woman while the officer was speaking with her and when the officer picked up the phone and informed Blue that he was violating the order of protection, Blue allegedly said “someone is really going to get hurt if I don’t get to see my f------- kids.”
Blue allegedly told the officer that he did not care about the order of protection and would “violate, violate, violate,” and do “whatever it takes” to see his children, before he hung up.
Blue then allegedly called back and was told again that he was violating an order of protection. Blue then allegedly called a third time and told the investigating Kalispell officer, “Whenever I find her it’s going to be f------ bad.” He also allegedly reiterated that there was no peaceful way to work through the issue.
The woman was taken to the police station and Blue allegedly called several more times and told an officer who answered her phone, “I am telling you if I don’t get to see my kids, that b---- is gonna get hurt.”
He also allegedly told the officer, “It’s a f------ reality, I need to see my kids or it’s not going to f------ stop,” “Let me see my kids or I’m going to hurt her, I am seriously going to hurt her,” “Give her a gun, give her a concealed carry permit, because I’m going to find her and f--- her up,” and “I will not stop until I get my hands on that b----. Keep her away from her work, keep her away from home, keep her away from anyone she loves.”
Blue was arrested on a probation warrant the following day. While in route, he allegedly made several statements to the officer transporting him about wanting to hurt the woman.
Blue is currently on felony probation for a 2010 conviction for criminal manufacture of dangerous drugs. In that case he was found to have 84 marijuana plants, while only having a permit for 24 plants. He provided medical marijuana for up to four patients legally.
He was also convicted of attempted felony assault on a peace officer for a July 2011 incident.
Blue is set to be arraigned on Feb. 2.
