Flathead Valley Ski Education Foundation had skiers claim 14 podium spots over four days of races at Whitefish Mountain Resort in the Base Lodge Clinic-Sportsman Ski Haus Northern Division Qualifier Series.
Tyler Anderson was a first-place finisher in the slalom, and Burke Fox and Colter Upton both won giant slalom races. All three skiers are members of the Flathead Valley Ski Education Foundation (FVSEF).
Anderson was also second in the giant slalom.
FVSEF’s Cale Fox, slalom, Chase Sabin, slalom and giant slalom, earned second. Marina Kramer also earned second in giant slalom.
More than 90 skiers, ranging in age from 12-21, competed from Anaconda, Bozeman, Butte, Great Falls, Helena, Missoula, Red Lodge and the Flathead Valley.
Skiers competed in five different age divisions — U-14, U-16, U-19, U21 and SR.
The race series wrapped up Jan. 16 and was held on Ed’s Run and Nice Day Run on Chair Two.
