Rev. Robert S. Lambert (Dad), went to be with his Lord whom he had faithfully loved and served for so many years on Jan. 12, 2017. One week later, on Jan. 19, 2017, Joyce D. Lambert (Mom), was ushered into the presence of her Lord, where she joined Dad at the throne of their Lord and Savior Jesus Christ to worship Him together.

Bob and Joyce faithfully served in full-time ministry for 37 years, from August 1969 to October 2006. Serving and ministering in 10 churches in four states.

Their love for each other and for their family, was only surpassed by their love for their Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Bob and Joyce are survived by, son Robert and wife Lisa; daughter Cyntha; son Ronald and wife Tary; Joyce’s brother Leonard and wife Pat; nine grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held from 3-5 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 29, 2017, at English Funeral Chapel, 1133 N. Fourth St., Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. A celebration and honoring of their life and ministry will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, Jan. 30, 2017, at the Post Falls Church of the Nazarene, 308 W. 12th Ave., Post Falls, Idaho. There will be a private family internment service at the Washington Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Medical Lake, Wash.
