Libby High School Class of 1997 reunion schedule

The schedule for the Libby High School Class of 1997 is as follows:
Friday, July 7:
7 a.m. — Hike to Leigh Lake organized by Sam Rosling. Meet at Town Pump at 7 a.m. One crew will be back in time for the float; the other crew will hang out at Leigh Lake to return about 2 p.m.
Noon — Float the Kootenai from River Bend to town organized by Jared Lampton. Bring an inner tube, raft or whatever you want to float in. Make sure to plan a shuttle accordingly and remember that no glass bottles are allowed on the river.
6 p.m. — Social at the River Bend organized by Jilyn Chandler. Tom and Jan Erickson have purchased a keg in remembrance of Sam. The grill will be going and drinks flowing. Cash only at the bar for dinner and drinks.
Saturday, July 8:
All day — On your own to visit with friends and family.
4 p.m. — Social and pre-function party before the concert at Switchback organized by Jilyn Chandler. Come for dinner, drinks or both and then we will head up to J. Neils park.
6 p.m. — Big Sky Bash at J. Neils Park. Gates will open at 6 p.m. with special guest Erik Dylan kicking off the show. The headliner, country music star J.T. Hodges, will take the stage at 8:30 p.m. and be followed by The Devon Wade Band until midnight. Tickets are $25 in advance and $30 at the gate. The Class of 1997 will have a large pop-up tent in the back of the venue. The concert is kid friendly! Bring the family and lawn chairs. There will be food vendors and a beer garden. Sunday, July 9:
10:30 a.m. — Prayer for classmates who have passed on organized by Tina Resch. Meet at Fireman’s Park and join us for a prayer at each of the gravesites of classmates who have passed away
11 a.m. — Family picnic at Fireman’s Park. Pack whatever you and your family would like to eat for lunch. We can let the kids play while we wrap up our weekend.
