“The Festival is honored to present this evening showcasing so many of our talented local musicians who jumped at the chance to tribute someone who was influential to their own musical paths, and gave so much to his community,” said Festival at Sandpoint Executive Director Dyno Wahl.
“When Karen Bowers and Charley’s sons, Jesse, Mason and Buck, came to us with the idea of a memorial concert, we knew this was an event that would be supported by the community and should be presented on the festival stage. We are grateful that Mayor Shelby Rognstad and the city of Sandpoint were 100 percent behind adding this additional Festival event.”
