Born Jan. 3, 1997, Mason is survived by his sisters, Katie Townsend, Ali Fredericks and Savannah Lewitt; his grandparents Dave and Lynda Townsend of Cocolalla, and Gary and Mary Fredericks of Sagle, Idaho; aunt and uncles, Lisa and Bernie Valentin of Huntington Beach, California, Allen and Karen Myers of Cocolalla, Doug and Carrie Myers of Sagle, and Brent and Kim Townsend of Post Falls, Idaho.

Mason was a caring young man, always there for his family and friends with a charismatic smile and unequivocal sense of humor. His passion for the outdoors and love for trucks was unrelenting. Helping others was a large part of who he was. He had touched many hearts in such a short time of his existence that he will always be loved and will truly be missed.
