The Kootenai Harvest Festival is seeking unique food and homemade crafts vendors for its third annual celebration on Saturday, September 16 from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Riverfront Park in Libby. Now in it’s third year, the festival celebrates locally grown food, handmade crafts and healthy lifestyles and is free to attend.

The festival will feature live music by Billy Powell and the Dodgy Mountain Men, and a locally sourced dinner with vegetables grown at the Libby Community Garden for $10 a plate.

Local vendors of all types are encouraged to join the festival to sell their products to an expected audience of about 400 to 500. The cost to participate is $15. Vendors are asked to sell locally made or grown products, and comply with Montana State farmers market food vendor regulations.

Vendor set up will begin at noon Saturday, and the park must be vacated by 10 p.m. that night. Vendor applications are due by Aug. 1 and can be found at wildmontana.org/harvestfest.
