Terrance M. Mousel Jr., 30, was fined $260 for permitting the operation of a vehicle without liability insurance. He was assessed $35 in court costs.

Michale D. Phillips, 37, was fined $500 for five counts of driving without a valid license and $510 for two counts of permitting the operation of a vehicle without liability insurance. He was assessed $225 in court costs.

William Lee Ptizer, 53, was fined $250 for permitting the operation of a vehicle without liability insurance. He was assessed $35 in court costs.

Jenna Lee Pablo, 23, was fined $250 for driving without liability insurance. She was assessed $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 179 suspended.

Brittney Marie Wersonick, 30, was fined $200 for an amended offense of reckless driving. She was assessed $35 in court costs.

James A. Oschmann, 71, was fined $200 for an amended offense of disorderly conduct. He was assessed $85 in court costs.

Dominique Ariahna Burch, 18, was fined $250 for driving without a valid license. She was assessed $35 in court costs.
