(Photo by CAROLYN INGE) Kary Miller and Carolyn Inge of Sandpoint recently awarded a Quilt of Valor to Richard Lee Ousley Sr. of Sagle Idaho. Ousley served in the U.S. Air Force from 1971 to 1974. Quilts of Valor is a national organization that awards quilts to veterans throughout the United States.
