Several guns were observed in the Toyota by deputies, which is in violation of Vancleve's parole, as he is a convicted felon.

The Toyota and Ford were towed from the scene and a search warrant was obtained for both vehicles. Multiple firearms, Airsoft and pellet rifles, and several rounds of ammunition were recovered from the Toyota. Vancleve and Rodgers were booked into the Adams County Jail.
