Three people remained hospitalized at Kalispell Regional Medical Center on Friday, recovering from injuries resulting from a deck collapse in Lakeside on June 17.

According to Kalispell Regional spokesperson Mellody Sharpton, all remaining patients are in “good condition.” By the hospital’s medical definition, this means that all three patients are conscious and comfortable, with stable vital signs within normal limits. The likelihood of recovery for these patients is high.

More than 50 people were injured in the deck collapse at the Glacier Presbyterian Camp. Medical personnel from surrounding towns and counties responded, including helicopters from ALERT and Life Flight that flew at least five critically injured victims as far away as Missoula and Seattle. No fatalities resulted from the incident.
