ORDINANCE NO. ZONE CHANGE, ZC359-16 On February 15, 2017, the Bonner County Board of Commissioners unanimously voted to rezone the below described property from Rural-5 to Resort Commercial. This action was taken per Idaho State Code and the Bonner County Revised Statutes. The entire ordinance is available Monday-Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm at Bonner County Planning located at 1500 Hwy 2, Suite 208, Sandpoint, Idaho 83864. THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED The Official Zoning Map of Bonner County, Idaho is hereby amended by the reclassification of the following described lands from Rural 5 to Resort Commercial: A parcel of land, identified on the Bonner County parcel maps as RP59N04W153601A, 4974 Dickensheet Rd, lying in the Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4) of Section 15, Township 59 North, Range 4 West, Boise Meridian, Bonner County, Idaho.
