Timberlake’s baseball and softball games at Orofino today and Saturday were rained out.

Lakeland’s softball game at Lewiston was also rained out.

St. Maries’ home baseball doubleheader with Medical Lake on Saturday has also been postponed.

No makeup dates have been set.

Madison’s trip up north from eastern Idaho to play Lake City in a baseball doubleheader Saturday in Lewiston was canceled due to weather.

Cameron Bushey named Shadow

men’s First Team head coach

The Spokane SC Shadow announced the club has appointed Cameron Bushey as the new head coach of the Shadow men’s First Team as it heads into its debut season in the National Premier Soccer League.

Bushey takes over for Chad Brown, who stepped down after guiding the side to a pair of championships and a third-place finish in three years.

Bushey’s father, Sean, served in the same role for the Shadow from 1997-99, leading the team to the PDL Final in 1999. Like his father, Cameron Bushey will serve as the second head coach for the new era of the Shadow men’s team.
