Born in Lexington, Mo., to Luther and Juanita Quigley. He was a resident of Cocolalla for many years until later he moved to Post Falls, Idaho, in 2013. Luther had a very interesting life. His passions were his coon dogs, mules and hunting.

He owned Tri Con Bolt for the last 40 years in Cocolalla. He serviced many farmers in the Northwest, making many friends along the way. He was a true salesman. He built his first home at 18 and his home in Cocolalla.

He is survived by his wife Ellen Quigley of 54 years; his brother, George; his children, Bob, Mike, Mark, Scott, Prior, Jan, Shane, Pete, Heidi, Juanita, Linda, Shelly, Shawna, Sheryl, and Debbie; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his father, Luther Sr.; his mother, Juanita; a sister, Alma; and a daughter, Sarah.

He will be missed by all. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 18, 2017, at 1 p.m. at Bell Tower Funeral Home, 3398 E. Jenalan Ave., Post Falls, ID.
