The 35th annual United Way of North Idaho Spring Dash will be Sunday, April 23, at McEuen Park.

Registration for Spring Dash is open online at www.UnitedWayofNorthIdaho.org/SpringDash and brochures can be picked up at Fleet Feet, United Way or any ICCU location.

All proceeds from Spring Dash 2017 help United Way of North Idaho advance the education, financial stability and health of people in our community.

Not only is the Spring Dash gearing up, the 2017 Spring Dash T-Shirt Contest is also in full swing. High school students are encouraged to put their artistic skills to the test and enter the competition.

The design winner will receive a $100 cash prize, recognition in the Coeur d’Alene Press and the opportunity to see the process from their original artwork to the finished product on the T-shirts. The winning design will be printed on more than 1,000 T-shirts and distributed to all Spring Dash participants.

Original work must be submitted to United Way of North Idaho, 501 E. Lakeside Ave., Ste. 3, Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. Colors are highly encouraged and designs may be in any medium but must include the following: tulips, the words “Spring Dash,” and “35th Annual.”

Entries, including the artist’s name, address and phone number, must be received by noon, Friday, March 31. The Spring Dash planning committee will have full rights to the winning entry. All other entries may be returned upon request.
