SANDPOINT — If you’ve driven down Pine Street in the last couple of weeks you may have noticed that the little house on the northwest corner of Third and Pine that has been 7BTV’s home for the last five years is for rent.

7BTV hasn’t gone far, however, the local company moved just kitty-corner across Pine Street to 105 S. Third Ave.

“That old house served us well for the past five years but we needed to stretch out a bit more and with the newly remodeled storefront across the street it was an ideal fit,” 7BTV owner Lenny Hess said.

Hess has been busy setting up the new showroom and making sure customers will get the all of the help they need to make decisions about their home entertainment and internet needs.

In addition to its move, 7BTV recently became an authorized Control4 dealer as well as being a retailer and installer of Dish Network, DirecTV and HughesNet among others. Hess, who has always been a proponent of “buy local,” says having a local satellite retailer is far easier for customers than having to deal with some out-of-state robotic salesperson who isn’t looking out for their best interests.
