A 22-3 victory has the Lady Loggers softball team’s season off to a terrific start.

The Lady Loggers held their own against Ronan in the first four innings.

“Our defense played well,” coach Dean Thompson said. “Eleven runs in the first inning was a nice start to the game.”

An exciting moment for the team was Khalyn Hageness making a grand slam.

Lindsay Walker also had a great throw out of left field that made it to the payout at third base with Alyssa Marshall.
