Smith claims ping pong title at SWAC ABOVE: Local table tennis player Bud Smith scalds a forehand en route to winning the singles division at a ping pong tournament on Wednesday night at the Sandpoint West Athletic Club. Smith beat Dan Farmin 11-10 in a one game final after the two tied in a round-robin format. LEFT: Sandpoint resident Jim Mellen returns a backhand.
