Crystal Lynn Waugh, 28, was fined $1,000 for aggravated driving under the influence, first offense. She was assessed $85 in court costs and sentenced to 30 days in jail with 28 suspended.
Austen Kyle Batt, 26, was fined $410 for driving under the influence of alcohol and resisting arrest. He was assessed 160 in court costs and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 89 suspended.
Megan M. Benn, 36, was fined $100 for misdemeanor sexual assault. She was assessed $85 in court costs.
David Wayne Ingraham, 49, was fined $100 for driving without a valid license. He was assessed $35 in court costs.
Fidencio Ramus Balderas, 23, was fined $600 for driving with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.08 percent or greater. He was ordered to pay $254 in restitution and assessed $85 in court costs.
Roger Carson Haynes was fined $50 for careless driving. He was assessed $35 in court costs.
Vincent Hayes Swimley, 28, forfeited a $75 bond for unlawful possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle.
