MOSES LAKE — A Moses Lake woman was arrested on Monday after allegedly pulling a gun on a car salesman during a test drive of a car.

On Monday, Linda Miller, 49, of Moses Lake, reportedly test drove a vehicle with an employee of a car dealership in the 400 block of Pioneer Way. At some point during the test drive Miller allegedly told the employee to stop the vehicle next to a parked car, according to the Moses Lake Police Department on Tuesday.

Miller allegedly grabbed a pistol out of the parked car, chambered a round, pointed the pistol at the employee and told him to drive. The victim reportedly drove for a short distance and was able to escape the vehicle and contact police. MLPD officers reportedly found Miller in the vehicle about two blocks from the dealership and she was arrested without incident. Police say a loaded pistol was found inside the car.

Miller was booked into the Grant County Jail for investigation of first-degree robbery, first-degree assault, first-degree kidnapping and theft of a motor vehicle.
