Janie Veltkamp of Idaho-based Birds of Prey Northwest held educational programs at Libby Dam Saturday, May 20, 2017. She brought a number raptors including an osprey, a golden eagle, a Cooper’s hawk and a great-horned owl, and taught about their habits, habitats and conservation.
