A woman was killed in a one-vehicle crash on Highway 83 in Lake County on Tuesday around noon after she lost control of her SUV.

Authorities have identified the woman as 53-year-old Sharon Wyman of Bigfork.

According to Montana Highway Patrol Trooper Brian Thorne, Wyman lost control of the GMC Envoy most likely due to fatigue.

The vehicle was traveling southbound near mile marker 81 when it crashed. Thorne said Wyman was not wearing her seatbelt and was ejected from the SUV. Medics pronounced her dead on the scene.

No other vehicles were involved and Wyman had no passengers.
