INVITATION TO BID 2017-17 NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS: Sealed bid proposals will be received: BY: KOOTENAI COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS FOR: KOOTENAI COUNTY EVIDENCE FACILITIES REMODEL Coeur d'Alene, Idaho AS FOLLOWS: 1) General Construction Prime Bids for this project shall be received as follows: BIDS shall be due November 21st, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at the offices of the Kootenai County Commissioners, 451 N. Government Way, Coeur d'Alene, ID 83814. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed opaque envelope, addressed to Kootenai County Commissioners and shall be identified with the Project name and the Bidder's name and address. Bids received after the time and date for receipt of Bids will be returned unopened. Bidders are required to submit one (1) original bid and two (2) copies, including all required attachments. MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE: shall be November 9th, 2017 at 9:00 a.m. at the Kootenai County Public Safety Complex, located at 5500 North Government Way, Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. All General Contractors, electrical and mechanical subcontractors who intend to bid on this project are required to attend this conference.
