Missoula artist Nancy Seiler will be instructing another workshop, Freeform Painting with Golden Fluid Acrylics, from 1 to 4 p.m. Friday, Nov. 10. The workshop is being held at Stumptown Art Studio, 145 Central Ave. in Whitefish. To register for the $75 workshop, which includes all materials, call the community art center at 406-862-5929.

This popular workshop explores gravity, paint and water to create energetic, freeform paintings. Participants will paint up to five, 12-by-12-inch canvases during class and come away with new confidence with creating art. No experience is needed.

Seiler has her degree in visual communication and is a Golden Artist Educator for Golden Artist Colors, teaching art workshops from her studio in Missoula, around Montana and abroad. She has exhibited her acrylic paintings and botanical illustrations, which include the well-known Montana Native Plant posters.
