This particular quilt was pieced by Jeannie Roach of Sandpoint and donated to the group. The Quilt of Valor Foundation is a non-profit group located throughout the United States. Harmelin served in Vietnam and is a former veteran’s service officer who helped local veterans enroll in the Veterans Administration system and filed claims for them when needed.
