NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Spirit Lake Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, December 5, 2017 at 6:30 p.m. at the Spirit Lake City Hall, 6042 W. Maine, Spirit Lake, Idaho, pursuant to Idaho Code section 67-6523, to consider its recommendation regarding adoption of an ordinance prohibiting new connections to the City of Spirit Lake's wastewater treatment system. The ordinance may be viewed at the City of Spirit Lake during regular business hours. Written testimony may be sent to the City of Spirit Lake Planning and Zoning Commission, P.O.
