NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT, the Hayden City Council will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, December 12, 2017 at 5:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at Hayden City Hall, 8930 N. Government Way, Hayden, Idaho to consider the following proposed amendments: Title 1, chapter 7: annexation procedures: amend to clarify city submittal and processing requirements for annexation applications and the requirement to request a zone map designation concurrent with application; also modify to reflect definitions and standards for approval and processing of annexations pursuant to Idaho code.; 4-1-1: declaration of nuisances: amend to specify that solid waste, turf grass and weeds over twenty four inches in height and noxious weeds or plants as defined by Idaho code 22-2402, are declared to be a public nuisance; 4-3-6: keeping domestic animals, limits: amend to allow additional types of animals and livestock under certain conditions and areas within the city and create a point system allowing for the number of animals to be increased with increasing lot size;
