MOSES LAKE — A man and woman from Coulee Dam surrendered to authorities on Sunday in connection with a stabbing in Moses Lake.

Rebecca N. Norton, 28, of Coulee Dam, and Aaron Pfaltzgraff-Miller, 24, also of Coulee Dam, reportedly surrendered without incident about 4:15 p.m. after being sought as the prime suspects in an early Saturday morning stabbing, according to Grant County Sheriff’s Office spokesman Kyle Foreman.

The stabbing reportedly occurred about 4 a.m. in the 11000 block of Road 14 Northeast. An adult male reportedly was transported to Samaritan Hospital in Moses Lake, where he underwent surgery for stab wounds to his neck and torso.

Norton and Pfaltzgraff-Miller allegedly left the scene of the stabbing before deputies arrived and were named as suspects. The pair’s pickup truck was later located abandoned behind a mini-mart on North Stratford Road about 11 a.m. on Saturday. Foreman had previously stated that the suspects were wanted for investigation of the crime of first-degree assault.
