NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING SUBDIVISION REQUEST NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Hayden City Council will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, December 12, 2017 at 5:00 pm at Hayden City Hall Council Chambers, 8930 N. Government Way, Idaho, to consider Case No. SUB 0021 Viking Construction, Inc. is requesting approval of a major subdivision of approximately 19.8 acres to be known as Carrington Meadows located directly North of West Hayden Avenue and approximately 1/2 mile West of North Atlas Road. The property is approximately 19.8 acres. Viking Construction owns the property immediately to the north and east (a 60 acre lot) and it is the applicant's intent to develop that lot in conformance with the applicable zoning via a future application. The subject site is currently zoned Residential (R-1) and Commercial (C). NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO TRANSFER PERSONAL PROPERTY NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Lakes Highway District and City of Dalton Gardens contemplate entering into an Agreement to Transfer Personal Property pursuant to Idaho Code sections 67-2322 to 67-2324. Under the Agreement, Lakes Highway District will transfer to City of Dalton Gardens: (1) 1994 Caterpillar 140G Grader (PIN # 72V17140) The property is being transferred "AS IS". The Board of Commissioners of the Lakes Highway District will consider whether such transfer is in the best interest of the public and will further consider whether to execute the Agreement to Transfer Personal Property at a public hearing at its regular meeting held December 4, 2017 at 11341 N. Ramsey Road, Hayden Idaho at the hour of 5:45 p.m., or as soon as possible thereafter as the matter may be heard.
