Holiday shopping goes local each year with a slew of craft fairs and gift bazaars that take place throughout the area.

SATURDAY, DEC. 2
3Cs Jewelry and Craft Fair Bonanza | 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Elks Lodge, 1170 W. Prairie Ave., Coeur d’Alene. New costume jewelry and scarves, warm and cozy knitted and crocheted items, Christmas wreaths and much more. $2 cover charge.
Christmas Bazaar | 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Post Falls Community Presbyterian Church, 417 William St. 22 vendors and holiday goodies by the pound.
Snowflake Faire | 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. St. Luke’s Episcopal Church, Fifth and Wallace, Coeur d’Alene. A Cd’A tradition featuring affordable gifts, stocking stuffers, found treasures, crafts, baked goods, hot drinks and homemade pie. Free admission.
13th Annual Fair Trade Sale | 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Trinity Lutheran Church, 812 N. Fifth, Coeur d’Alene. Handmade items from around the world. Purchases will assist the artisans in providing food, shelter, education and medical support for their families.
NICS 34th Annual Christmas Market | 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. North Idaho Christian School, 251 W. Miles Ave., Hayden. Vintage items, handmade soap, home decor, Christmas ornaments, candy, jewelry, cards, a kids craft booth, chance to win a cake in the cakewalk. Lunch and treats available to purchase. Free admission.
Peace Lutheran Spirit of Christmas Bazaar | 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. 8134 N. Meyer Road, corner of Prairie Avenue and Meyer Road. Christmas treasures, handmade crafts, cookies and candies.
