Man dies in rollover accident on Highway 95

According to Idaho State Police, at 2:45 p.m. on Oct. 11, a fatal rollover accident occurred on Highway 95 at milepost 508.5, blocking the highway for approximately three hours. The single vehicle accident involved a black 1984 Ford 700 truck on the North Hill, between Bonners Ferry and 3 Mile.

The truck was traveling southbound when the driver, 49-year-old John A. Crump of Bonners Ferry, lost control and rolled the vehicle. Crump was not wearing a safety belt and was pronounced dead at the scene. His passenger, 48-year-old Ronald Erickson of Bonners Ferry, was transported to Boundary Community Hospital.
