The Mirror Lake Women’s Golf wrapped up its season on Oct. 4 with their annual fun day of golf and awards dinner. Golf Pro Ralph Lotspeich laid out an “Impossible” course for the ladies to play on this day. The “Impossible” course proved to be very challenging; however, a good time was had by all who played.
That evening was the annual awards dinner with a variety of members winning this year. The top winners were as follows:

Julie Williams - low gross score
Karen English and Ada Gardiner tied - low net score
Ace of Aces:
Gerry Ann Howlett – Tuesday evening group
Linda Bogdan – Wednesday morning group

Three clubs + one putter = fun!
Week 12 of the Mirror lake Women’s Golf the game of the day was 3 clubs and a putter. Each player had to choose 3 clubs from their set and their putter to play nine holes of golf.

In week 19 of play the game of the day was “Mystery Hole”. One hole is randomly chosen to throw out each player’s score for that hole and totaling the remaining holes scores to come up with the winner. In the Wednesday morning group Karen English and Therese Helmer tied with a score of 41 to win the game of the day. In the Tuesday evening group Julie Williams had low gross with a score of 40 and Blanche Studer had low net with a score of 43. Julie Williams had the least number of putts with 15. In the Wednesday morning group Therese Helmer had the low gross score with a 47 and Karen English had the low net score with a 34. Karen English had the least number of putts with 14.
