Marcy Pohlreich, daughter of Ardell and Sheryl Filler, will be guest speaker Sunday, Oct. 22, during the 10:30 a.m. worship service at Libby Assembly of God at 105 Collins Ave. Raised in Libby, Pohlreich is based out of Generational Hope Christian Center in Maple Valley, Washington and serves on the leadership team of World Outreach Ministry Foundation.

Despite trying times — her husband of almost 28 years, Pastor Ed Pohlreich, was killed in a car crash March 28, 2016 — Marcy Pohlreich “has spread a message of hope and peace,” a news release states. “Her heart’s cry through it all is, ‘Don’t ask why... Ask, what’s next?’”

Pohlreich has served and continues to serve in many different ministerial capacities, including women’s ministries, marriage seminars and world missions administration.
