Halloween hurricanes and a rainbow

Dressed as hurricanes and a rainbow, members of the Chavez family of Coeur d’Alene are using the Halloween holiday as an opportunity to raise awareness of a fundraiser to support victims of recent catastrophic storms in the Caribbean islands. The family’s fundraiser, called “Be Somebody’s Rainbow Today!” is on Facebook. It supports the nonprofit Direct Relief’s hurricane recovery efforts in that region.
