XC girls take fourth at state

Whitefish runners capped off their season with solid racing at the Class A state cross country meet in Helena Saturday.

The girls took fourth overall, led by an eighth place finish from Ella Greenberg (20:10.34). Jessica Henson (21:06.32) and Braya Hobson (21:27.88) ran well to round out the top 25 individual scores for Whitefish.

Hardin, Corvallis and Polson took top three overall.

For the boys, Whitefish finished 12th overall.
