Terris A .Owens, 24, of Sandpoint, was arrested in the 1500 block of Pine Street at 9:58 a.m. on a Bonner County warrant after reporting a child custody issue.

A male causing a noise disturbance was leaving when the officer arrived in the 200 block of Superior Street at 10:10 a.m.

An officer answered a citizen’s questions in the 200 block of Fourth Avenue at 11:56 a.m.

An officer answered a citizen’s questions in the 800 block of Spruce Street at 1:06 p.m.

The owner of a vehicle left in the 600 block of Madison Avenue was contacted at 1:07 p.m. and advised to move it.

Officers assisted a disabled motorist at City Beach whose vehicle had a dead battery at 2:10 p.m.

A 14-year-old Sandpoint male was arrested on a charge of willful concealment in the 700 block of Larch Street at 2:21 p.m.
