NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON FEES NORTH KOOTENAI WATER DISTRICT The Board of Directors ("Board") of North Kootenai Water District ("District") will hold a public hearing on November 2, 2017 at 12:30 p.m. at the District office, located at: North Kootenai Water District 13649 N. Meyer Road Rathdrum, ID In accordance with Idaho Code § 63-1311A, the purpose of the public hearing is to take public comments regarding a proposed new fee and/or increases, in excess of five percent (5%) over the amount last collected, for the mitigation fee for the District's Twin Lakes service area.
