NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON FEES NORTH KOOTENAI WATER DISTRICT The Board of Directors ("Board") of North Kootenai Water District ("District") will hold a public hearing on November 2, 2017 at 12:30 p.m. at the District office, located at: North Kootenai Water District 13649 N. Meyer Road Rathdrum, ID In accordance with Idaho Code § 63-1311A, the purpose of the public hearing is to take public comments regarding a proposed new fee and/or increases, in excess of five percent (5%) over the amount last collected, for the mitigation fee for the District's Twin Lakes service area. The reason for such proposed new fee and/or increases is to set the mitigation fee to be charged in the future for property owners wishing to develop their property in a way that requires expansion of the District's Twin Lakes service area in order to provide adequate services for the planned use of the property. This proposed mitigation fee would not apply to property in the District currently connected to the District's system.
