Mullan Avenue, Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, 83814 on or before 4:00 pm, Monday, November 13, 2017 from qualified engineering consultants for the development and preparation of a Facility Plan for the City's Advanced Wastewater Treatment Facility. The purpose of this project is the development and preparation of a comprehensive Facility Plan for the City of Coeur d'Alene Advanced Wastewater Treatment Facility. Elements of the plan should include review of hydraulic capacity and treatment capacity, process and equipment assessment, identification of pertinent discharge permit issues, reliability and redundancy evaluation and identification of future capital improvements needs.
