BONNERS FERRY — The Bonners Ferry High School Volleyball team has had its share of challenges this season, but Monday’s home game versus Clark Fork brought another win for the team with scores of 25-11, 26-24, and 25-14.
Miranda Wenk achieved seven kill shots, Victoria Rae served up four aces, Jayden Bennett had seven digs, Jerzie Pluid had two blocks, with Kadi Bateman and Hannah Olsen both ending the night with eight assists.
The girls showed the audience how much they wanted the win by bringing their A game and lots of hustle. They kept their eyes on the ball at all times, were quick to get under the ball, and jumped high to keep the ball where they wanted it over the net. All the practice has paid off once again for the girls.
Their next game is away at Coeur d’Alene Charter on Sept. 14, followed by a home game on Sept. 19 versus Priest River. A schedule can be viewed online at bfbadgers.com.
