Pie baking contest and more at Libby Heritage Museum Saturday

The Libby Heritage Museum on Saturday, Sept. 23 will hold a ribbon-cutting ceremony for its new pavilion.

The event from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. will also feature a pie-baking context in the morning, exhibits from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., and the band Rural 508 from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.

There will also be a “Name Our Space Contest” to name the pavilion.

Attendees will be able to purchase food in the Cook House and are asked to bring a chair or blanket to enjoy the music.

The Libby Heritage Museum is at 34067 Highway 2 in Libby.
