The 69th Annual Othello Rodeo wrapped up over the weekend. The venue, which drew contestants from the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association was the final event on the 2017 Columbia Basin Rodeo Association circuit.
“We don’t have a tally of attendance as of yet but we did have a good turnout and good cowboys from around the country competing,” Rebecca Wolfe, with the Othello Rodeo Association, said. “We had good ticket sales, but I think the cold weather may have kept some people away.”
A total purse payout of $31,416 was divided up among the top the competitors.
